What makes continued a 'Great Place to Work'?

continued was recently certified as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work, the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures.

continued earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its team in anonymous surveys as well as an evaluation of the overall culture and benefits. The results indicated that 99 percent of team members surveyed feel great pride for continued, with 98 percent of employees noting that the company offers great challenges and a great atmosphere.

We asked our team members what makes continued such a great workplace, and here’s what some of them had to say!
