What makes Continued a 'Great Place to Work?'

For the seventh consecutive year, Continued received certification as a great workplace by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work, the global authority on high-trust, high-performance workplace cultures. In addition, Continued was previously named a Best Medium Workplace, a Best Workplace for Women, and a Best Workplace for Millennials by Great Place to Work and Fortune.  

Continued earned these honors based on extensive ratings provided by its team in anonymous surveys as well as an evaluation of the overall culture and benefits. The most recent Great Place to Work employee survey results indicated that:

  • 98% of Continued team members consider the company to be a great place to work and highly regard the organization’s integrity, leadership, hospitality, and camaraderie
  • 100% said Continued is a safe place to work and that people are treated fairly regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or age
  • 100% of Continued team members said they are made to feel welcome
