Team members highlighted for upholding Continued's core values

At Continued, we have built a team of dedicated, passionate individuals who keep excellence at the forefront of all we do.

In order to recognize team members who go above and beyond to exemplify our core values, we introduced an excellence awards program to highlight these individuals who help us thrive as an organization.

Excellence awards are given on a quarterly basis through a peer-nominated process.

Recipients are recognized based on project achievements, innovations, system improvements, morale-building, and going above and beyond.

Excellence award recipients are celebrated company-wide and receive a monetary award and custom memento.

“We are excited to recognize these award recipients, who were nominated by their colleagues for dedication to the values we all hold dear,” said Asher Primrose, vice president of human resources.

JENNY MORRISON, SENIOR CEU ADMINISTRATOR

Excellence award recipientJenny Morrison joined the team nearly five years ago and serves as the senior CEU administrator for Continued Respiratory Therapy.

She is known for her proactive approach, which has resulted in significant process improvement and cost reduction.

“I thrive on finding creative ways to make our processes more cost-effective and efficient,” Morrison said.

“I’m proud to be part of a company that constantly pushes forward and invites everyone to be part of the vision. Plus, the incredible work–life balance here is truly unmatched.”

“Jenny's collaborative spirit, research abilities, and continuous improvement mindset make her an invaluable asset to the organization.”

ANNA NATHASON, MANAGER OF PMO

Excellence award recipientAnna Nathason has been with the company for four years. In her role, she partners closely with the product, development, and stakeholder teams to bridge the gap between strategy and execution and keep initiatives running smoothly.

She says she deeply values being able to bring her whole self to work and creating space for others to do the same, as that sense of authenticity strengthens the culture and elevates team performance.

“One of my favorite parts of the job has always been working with incredible teams—especially having the opportunity to collaborate with so many inspiring women leaders in IT,” Nathason said.

“I’m proud to be part of a company that genuinely invests in its people, from wellness programs to opportunities for giving back. The support here is real, and it makes all the difference.”

“As one of the best project managers I've encountered, Anna excels in every aspect of her role, from facilitating meetings with grace under pressure to proactively driving projects forward and providing exceptional, empathetic team leadership, making her an absolute pleasure to work with and a crucial asset to our team's achievements.”

LORI TEMPLETON, SENIOR SDET

Excellence award recipientLori Templeton joined the team as a QA analyst in 2020, where her contributions to software development through comprehensive quality assurance led to her current role. Now, as senior SDET (software development engineer in test), she focuses on automated and manual testing strategies.

“I value the collaborative aspect of working with developers to champion end-user awareness and product usability,” Templeton said.

“I also enjoy streamlining processes and ensuring our software operates with seamless ease.”

“Lori is a rock star. She frequently seeks new ways to make our test automation more efficient, and she consistently looks for ways to improve processes and help us deliver more products on time and at high quality.”
