In order to recognize team members who go above and beyond to exemplify our core values, we introduced an excellence awards program to highlight these individuals who help us thrive as an organization.
Excellence awards are given on a quarterly basis through a peer-nominated process.
Recipients are recognized based on project achievements, innovations, system improvements, morale-building, and going above and beyond.
Excellence award recipients are celebrated company-wide and receive a monetary award and custom memento.

KYLE BERG, SENIOR DEVELOPER
As a senior developer, Kyle Berg plays a vital role in architecting and enhancing the core application programming interface that powers Continued. He’s been with the company for over four years and is currently focused on a major data migration.
Kyle says he’s especially proud of developing solutions that ensure data reliability and performance with minimal downtime. His passion for these challenges reflects his drive to make lasting improvements that benefit both his team and Continued's customers.
“I love tackling the complex architectural puzzles that come with my work,” Berg said. “Seeing a robust solution come to life is what really drives me.”

KATRINA BRANDT, CEU ADMINISTRATOR
Katrina Brandt has been with the company for six years. As the CEU Administrator for SpeechPathology.com, she ensures compliance with continuing education requirements across numerous associations and regulatory bodies. Her role spans many essential responsibilities, from course submissions and completion reporting to licensure monitoring and customer support.
What she values most is her colleagues—she describes them as dedicated, collaborative, and committed to supporting each other.
“It makes me proud to work for a company where our people are considered our greatest asset,” Brandt said. “It’s incredibly rewarding to work with a team that is so committed to supporting each other and sharing knowledge to make sure we’re providing the best possible experience for our customers.”

BOBBIE PAWLIK, DIRECTOR OF ACCOUNTING
Bobbie Pawlik has been with the company for nearly four years. As director of accounting, she manages sales tax and core accounting functions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and the general ledger.
Her focus on establishing strong internal controls and streamlining processes helps ensure timely, reliable financial reporting.
Bobbie says she finds deep fulfillment in working with her team and cross-departmental colleagues, and she appreciates the opportunity to learn and grow in her role while contributing to the financial health of the business.
“I love that my role allows me to work closely with my team as well as others from across the company to continuously improve our processes,” Pawlik said. “I have learned so much in my time at our company, and that is rewarding.”
