In addition to a case study on a successful intervention, participants will learn the latest science in nutrition and healthy living and be able to apply it to daily living so educators can be healthy role models for children, caregivers and parents.
Please Note: While our Health and Safety courses cover some topics that are required for preservice and ongoing training, your licensing agency may require specific, pre-approved courses. Please check with your licensing agency to determine whether Health and Safety courses on continued can be applied to your individual requirements.
