At Continued, we have built a team of dedicated, passionate individuals who keep excellence at the forefront of all we do.
To recognize team members who go above and beyond to exemplify our core values, we introduced an excellence awards program to highlight individuals who help us thrive as an organization.
“Heart of Excellence” awards are given quarterly through a peer-nominated process.
Recipients are recognized based on project achievements, innovations, system improvements, morale-building, and going above and beyond.
Awardees are celebrated company-wide and receive a monetary award.
“We are excited to recognize these award recipients, who their colleagues nominated for championing the values we all hold dear,” said Asher Primrose, vice president of human resources. “Their dedication, passion, and positive influence consistently go above and beyond.”

MANTAS ANDRIJAUSKAS, STAFF ENGINEER
Mantas Andrijauskas joined the company in 2020. He says that as a staff engineer, he’s “focused on leverage,” with an eye toward building “shared things that make everyone around me faster.”
“What I love is being at the front of how AI is changing the way we build software. I build tools my teammates can use and figure out where this technology actually pays off,” Andrijauskas said.
He expressed gratitude “to the team for trusting me to push on this stuff and to leadership for investing in the tools and programs that make this a real part of how we work.”
Andrijauskas, who previously received the award (then called the culture award) in 2023, is the first team member to be recognized with a Heart of Excellence award for a second time.
“Mantas truly represents the best of our core values. Beyond his daily excellence, Mantas continually goes above and beyond. He's volunteered his time and expertise to help colleagues at all levels practically integrate AI tools into their workflows. Mantas isn't just talking about the future of engineering—he's living it and making everyone around him better in the process.”
CAMERON KING, DATA ENGINEER
Cameron King, who joined the company in 2023, is a data engineer who’s focused on ensuring data systems run smoothly and finding smarter ways to work.
His responsibilities span both development and engineering. On the development side, King manages database administration, storage, and performance tuning. On the engineering side, he maintains the company’s reporting infrastructure and supports marketing operations.
King is also a key voice in exploring AI tools. He prioritizes functionality and cost to determine the best fit for the company.
Staying ahead of the curve in a fast-moving field is part of the job, and it’s a part King approaches enthusiastically.
"Every day has a new challenge and also a learning opportunity. It’s not doing the same thing over and over—there's always something different and new,” he said.
King is also a previous recipient of the Spirit of Innovation award.
“Cameron has been an exceptional cross-functional partner this year, volunteering his technical expertise to solve problems collaboratively across the enterprise. He delivered real, lasting solutions—and did so with remarkable patience, making sure people understood what he built rather than just handing them the answer. He left everyone he worked with more capable than before.”
ROBIN RODIG, COPYWRITER
Robin Rodig joined the company in 2023 as a copywriter.
Rodig writes, edits, and proofreads materials such as marketing emails, flyers, digital and print ads, and blog posts. She’s also collaborated with colleagues to streamline multiple processes and improve efficiency.
“I love that my natural strengths are recognized and utilized to help my team move with nimbleness and efficiency. It feels good showing up every day knowing I can make a difference,” Rodig said.
“I also could never shout from the rooftops enough about our company culture and the people I get to interact with every day. The level of respect, proficiency, encouragement, inspiration, and support is unparalleled.”
Rodig serves on the board of the nonprofit Good Deeds #ForBlake, which was previously featured in this blog post.
“Robin demonstrates excellence through her work ethic, diligence, and attention to detail. Robin doesn’t just do great work; she also inspires and uplifts the people around her. She models what it means to be a dedicated professional and a deeply caring teammate, and she makes her team stronger through support and collaboration.”
ANNA SMITH, SR. CONTINUING EDUCATION MANAGER
As a senior continuing education manager, Anna Smith works with Corporate Partners to produce their content for AudiologyOnline. This includes public-facing courses that educate hearing health professionals about the partners’ products as well as courses that partners use for their own internal training.
She describes her role as being half content strategy and half content production.
In her role supporting content, she sits in on a wide array of courses. As a result, she’s watched changes unfold in the field as they happen.
“I love that I still feel like I’m involved in audiology every day,” said Smith, whose career included time dispensing hearing aids, performing intraoperative monitoring, and serving as a technical support audiologist.
The company has grown tremendously since Smith joined it in 2007. She credits the owners with consistently maintaining the community-oriented culture.
Smith is also a previous recipient of the Spirit of Innovation award.
“Anna has been a driving force in challenging and reimagining existing processes on our team. On top of that, Anna took on meaningful new responsibilities this year. She doesn't wait to be asked. She sees what needs to happen, thinks it through, and gets it done.”
