- Find significant & measurable cost savings
- Find significant & measurable efficiencies
- Drive a significant & measurable revenue increase
- Obtain degrees/certifications/learning that results in measurable company impact (with verifiable impact on at least one of the three areas above)
Awardees are celebrated company-wide and choose to receive either a monetary award or three extra days of paid time off.
