I usually feel very ignorant when it comes to technology however, the presenter was very clear and spoke in manner which could be understood by even those of us with very little computer knowledge. The information presented was very user friendly and informative and brought to light things I would have otherwise written off as "crazy," (for example, use of a lens cover).
