Team members from Continued and sister company Simucase recently gathered to celebrate accomplishments and friendship at the annual all-company meeting, held this year in Savannah, Georgia.
This annual event brings the entire remote workforce to one location to recognize milestones and enjoy time together through a variety of special events.
The company celebrated the perseverance and successes of the past year, including team and product growth, new initiatives, and an enduring commitment to the company’s culture.
“The all-company meeting is a time for all of us to reconnect and have some fun, with a little business thrown in as well,” said HR director Asher Primrose.
“It’s always wonderful to see longtime friends and meet new colleagues who have joined our team.”

While time was set aside for all-company and divisional business, most of the three-day event was dedicated to fun team-building activities.
A highlight from this meeting was a 1920s-themed night with dinner, dancing, karaoke, and costumes.
Everyone enjoyed one of several offered excursions, including food and beverage tours, a bike tour, kayaking, a cemetery tour, time at a spa, and more.

Other events included wellness breakout sessions such as yoga or walking tours, a special team-building activity around diversity and inclusion, and a celebration of anniversaries and culture awards.
The three-day gathering ended with a farewell dinner at a local steak and seafood restaurant in Savannah’s historic district.
“The all-company meeting is always a highlight of the year for me, and this year was no exception,” said CEO Stacy Williams.
“Our company continues to grow, but one thing that never changes is our commitment to our culture and each other. I’ve never felt more optimistic about what the future holds for Continued and Simucase.”
The next all-company meeting will be in Asheville, North Carolina, in April 2024.
