State Approval Information for Florida
The following courses are accepted by the Florida Board of Respiratory Care. They accept courses approved by AARC, and these courses have been approved by AARC for Continuing Respiratory Care Education.
- There is no limit to the number of continuing education hours that can be completed online.
- 2 hours in Florida laws and rules required. Continued offers courses that may meet the Florida laws and rules requirement.
- 2 hours in medical errors required. Continued offers courses that may meet the medical errors requirement.
- 1 hour in human trafficking as a one time requirement. Continued offers courses that may meet the human trafficking requirement.
- At least 3 hours in HIV/AIDS for initial renewal, optional for subsequent renewals. Continued offers courses to meet the HIV/AIDS requirement.
Continued Respiratory Therapy reports to CE Broker for FL licensed respiratory therapists upon your request when you complete courses.
