Continued named a ‘Best Workplace in Education & Training’ by Fortune Media and Great Place To Work

Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Continued for the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces in Education & Training™ list.

This is Continued’s first time being named to this prestigious list, coming in at No. 4 out of 20 small and medium-sized companies featured.

"Education is the work we do, so to be recognized among the best workplaces in our own industry means a great deal," said Aimee and Bill LaCalle, co-CEOs and company founders and owners.

Aimee, a clinical audiologist by training, added, "We started this company because I was a clinician who needed better continuing education than what existed. Nearly three decades later, our belief in lifelong learning combined with our commitment to workplace culture is still what we are built on.”

To determine the highly competitive Best Workplaces in Education & Training list, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 17,000 employees at Great Place To Work-Certified companies in the education and training industry.

Anonymous survey results reflected the strength of Continued's culture, with team members highly regarding the organization for its hospitality, respect, camaraderie, and caring environment. Notably, 100% of respondents agreed that Continued is a safe workplace where people are treated fairly regardless of gender, age, or sexual orientation, and that new team members are made to feel welcome from day one.

"We're in the business of helping learners grow, and that same commitment shows up in how we support one another," said Asher Primrose, VP of Human Resources and For All Leader recipient.

"This recognition reflects the collaboration and trust our team members bring to one another, and it serves as a reminder that keeping people at the center is what makes Continued a special place to work."

As a 100% virtual organization since its inception, Continued emphasizes workplace culture as a fundamental building block of the company and attributes the organization's success to this philosophy. Continued provides a multitude of team member benefits, including a robust wellness program with an annual stipend, health coaching, a company-provided fitness tracker, and more; flexible holidays and paid time off programs; an amended summer hours schedule; team member recognition programs; educational, financial, and legal service benefits; a company book club; charitable gift matching; pet insurance; and more.

Continued has been a Great Place To Work-certified workplace since 2018. In addition to today's recognition, Continued is a six-time recipient of the Best Medium Workplace designation, has been named a Best Workplace for Women three times, and has been named a Best Workplace for Millennials three times.

Great Place To Work determines its lists using its proprietary Trust Index™ Survey to evaluate and certify thousands of organizations in America's largest ongoing annual workforce study. Lists are based on over 1.3 million survey responses and data from companies representing more than 7.3 million employees. Survey responses reflect a comprehensive picture of the workplace experience. Honorees are selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for employees regardless of job role, work status, or other demographic factor.

"Congratulations to the Fortune Best Workplaces in Education & Training," says Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. "People are at the heart of work in every industry, and education is no exception. These companies show how delivering for your people drives financial performance and turns fear of the future into the confidence to win."
