Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Continued as one of the 2025 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™.
This is Continued’s third time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at 18 out of 50 small and medium-sized companies featured.
“I'm continually inspired by the women across our company who lead, innovate, mentor, and elevate our team every day,” said CEO Stacy Williams. “I’m proud to celebrate this honor with the many women who shape Continued’s culture and success.”
To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of nearly 605,000 women who work for Great Place To Work-Certified companies that were eligible for the list. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, race, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
Further, to be considered, a company must employ 50+ women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.
The Continued team is 68% women, and women make up 72% of managers and 60% of the executive leadership team.
“I'm proud that women at Continued consistently share that they feel supported both professionally and personally,” said Asher Primrose, VP of Human Resources and Great Place to Work ‘For All Leader’ recipient. “This recognition highlights the strong, supportive culture we’ve built together that empowers our team members to achieve their best and build fulfilling careers.”
As a 100% virtual organization since its inception, Continued emphasizes workplace culture as a fundamental building block of the company and attributes the organization’s success to this philosophy.
Continued provides a multitude of team member benefits, including a robust wellness program with an annual stipend, health coaching, a company-provided fitness tracker, and more; flexible holidays and paid time off programs; an amended summer hours schedule; team member recognition programs; educational, financial, and legal service benefits; a company book club; charitable gift matching; pet insurance; and more.
“Congratulations to the Fortune Best Workplaces for Women,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “These companies show that when women thrive in the workplace, everybody else does too. That’s what it means to be a For All company, where the expectation is that every employee can have a great experience and reach their full potential.”
