Great Place to Work® and Fortune magazine have named Continued as one of the 2022 Best Workplaces for Millennials. This is Continued’s second time being named to this prestigious list.
The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on an analysis from America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees.
Anonymous survey results indicated that 99% of Continued team members consider the company to be a great place to work. Further, 100% of respondents said team members care about each other and that they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life.
“Throughout the organization, we prioritize culture and attribute the organization’s success to this philosophy,” said CEO Stacy Williams. “We are honored to receive this designation, which is a testament to our extraordinary team and a shared dedication to our culture.”
Continued provides a multitude of team member benefits, including: a robust wellness program with an annual stipend; health coaching; a company-provided fitness tracker; diversity initiatives; flexible holidays and paid time off programs; an amended summer hours schedule; team member recognition programs; a company meeting filled with special events and team-building activities; educational, financial, and legal service benefits; a company book club; charitable gift matching; and more.
Continued has been named one of the Best Small & Medium Workplaces™ by Great Place to Work® and Fortune annually since 2018 and has ranked as a Best Workplace for Women.
“We are grateful for our team members who have made us a part of this list for the past two years and who make this such a special place to work every day,” said Asher Primrose, HR Director and For All Leader recipient. “Keeping culture at the forefront of all we do truly makes Continued a special place to work.”
The Best Workplaces for Millennials list is highly competitive. Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, selected the list using rigorous analytics and confidential employee feedback. Companies were only considered if they are a Great Place to Work-Certified™ organization.
Great Place to Work is the only company culture award in America that selects winners based on how fairly employees are treated. Companies are assessed on how well they are creating a great employee experience that cuts across race, gender, age, disability status, or any aspect of who employees are or what their role is.
“These companies value their millennial workers by showing genuine care, flexibility, and purpose in ways that matter to this generation,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work. “They expect company values to be lived by their leaders, which in turn elicits their loyalty and trust. Congratulations to the Best Workplaces for Millennials for their hard work.”
