The Best Workplaces for Millennials award is based on an analysis from America’s largest ongoing annual workforce study of over 1 million employee survey responses and data from companies that represent more than 6.1 million U.S. employees.
Anonymous survey results indicated that 99% of Continued team members consider the company to be a great place to work. Further, 100% of respondents said team members care about each other and that they are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life.
