This is Continued’s fourth consecutive time to be named to this prestigious list, which recognizes the best companies to work for in the country.
The Best Small & Medium Workplaces award is based on an analysis of survey responses from more than 280,000 current employees of U.S. companies. In that survey, 99% of Continued’s team members said the company is a great place to work. At a typical U.S. company, only 59% of employees say the same.
