Continued named a ‘Best Workplace for Women’ by Fortune Media and Great Place To Work

Great Place To Work® and Fortune magazine have selected Continued for the 2026 Fortune Best Workplaces for Women™ list.

This is Continued’s fourth time being named to this prestigious list, this year coming in at No. 23 out of 50 small and medium-sized companies featured.

“We’re proud to celebrate this honor with the many women who lead, innovate, mentor, and elevate our team every day,” said Aimee and Bill LaCalle, co-CEOs and company founders and owners.

Aimee added, “As a woman who co-founded and co-leads this company, being recognized as a best workplace for women means a lot to me personally. It reflects a place where women can contribute their talents fully, where leadership is encouraged, and where people feel supported in bringing both their ambition and their humanity to their work.”

To determine the Best Workplaces for Women, Great Place To Work analyzed the survey responses of more than 640,000 women who work for Great Place To Work-Certified companies that were eligible for the list. Honorees were selected based on their ability to offer consistently positive outcomes for women regardless of job role, work status, or other demographic identifier.

Further, to be considered, a company must employ 50+ women, have at least 20% of non-executive managers who are women, and have at least one female C-suite executive.

The Continued team is 70% women. Women make up 74% of managers and 67% of the executive leadership team.

“Year after year, the women on our team tell us they feel supported in their careers and in their lives outside of work,” said Asher Primrose, VP of Human Resources and Great Place To Work For All Leader recipient. “That consistency is what I’m most proud of, and it’s something every team member helps build through the care and respect they show one another.”

As a 100% virtual organization since its inception, Continued emphasizes workplace culture as a fundamental building block of the company and attributes the organization’s success to this philosophy. Continued provides a multitude of team member benefits, including a robust wellness program with an annual stipend, health coaching, a company-provided fitness tracker, and more; flexible holidays and paid time off programs; an amended summer hours schedule; team member recognition programs; educational, financial, and legal service benefits; a company book club; charitable gift matching; pet insurance; and more.

“Companies that create great experiences for women are companies that create better experiences for every employee,” said Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place To Work. “When a company can show that anyone can build a career and do their life’s work, that company is more resilient. These companies are built for the future because they invest in the future of their people.”

Continued has been a Great Place To Work-Certified workplace since 2018. In addition to being named a four-time recipient of the Best Workplaces for Women, Continued was named a Best Workplace in Education & Training earlier this year, is a six-time recipient of the Best Medium Workplace designation, and has been named a Best Workplace for Millennials three times.
