PhysicalTherapy.com Receives Exceptional Rating from the Department of Veteran Affairs

HOUSTON, TX, January 30, 2015 – United States Department of Veteran Affairs announced completion of the 2014 comprehensive review of key vendors, including continuing education providers, and concluded that PhysicalTherapy.com has earned the VA’s highest performance assessment rating of “Exceptional.”

PhysicalTherapy.com was evaluated by the VA in the following categories: Quality of Service, Schedule of Services & Availability, Cost, and Management of the Account. In each of the four categories, PhysicalTherapy.com received an “Exceptional Rating” which is a “rare accomplishment” according to VA sources. The annual review covers services provided for 700 VA physical therapists during the majority of 2014.
