Great Place to Work names Continued among nation’s elite workplaces

Continued, a leading provider of online continuing education, was certified as a great workplace today by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work.

Continued earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in anonymous surveys as well as an evaluation of the overall culture and benefits by Great Place to Work®. “According to our study, 96 percent of Continued employees say it is a great workplace,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Great Place to Work Certification & List Production.

Additionally, the results indicated that 99 percent of employees surveyed feel great pride for Continued, with 98 percent of employees noting that the company offers great challenges and a great atmosphere.

This certification shows that the expert on workplace culture agrees, especially when we are compared to other companies.”

Over the last five years, Continued has focused on enhancing its culture in a variety of ways, including better channels to connect in a virtual environment, innovation initiatives, a company book club, charitable gift matching, wellness reimbursement, and corporate Fitbit programs.
