How many CE hours does Ohio require for social workers?

  • LSW/LISW/LISW-S: 30 hours every 2 years. License expires based on the date of issuance.

  • RSWA: 15 hours every 2 years. Licenses expire based on the date of issuance.
     

Can I take my continuing education through Continued Social Work?

Yes. Continued is an ASWB ACE provider, and the Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board website accepts courses approved by ASWB ACE.
