- After this course, participants will be able to consider the differences between situational violence and domestic terrorism in couples clients.
- After this course, participants will be able to construct an intake process that includes a formalized assessment and/or includes questions to ask to assess for domestic terrorism in couples clients, including understanding the pros and cons of this form of assessment.
- After this course, participants will be able to decide how to safely exit the counseling relationship if domestic terrorism is determined to be present in the relationship of a couples client.
