Diana Parafiniuk, M.S., CCC-SLP, received her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Linguistics and a Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northern Arizona University. She is the founder and chief marketing officer for E-Therapy. Diana manages E-Therapy’s marketing team, oversees and supports operations, and supervises contractors, aides, and therapists. Diana has over a decade of experience in the field of teletherapy and has helped hundreds of schools across the country to implement special education-related services for students via teletherapy, including online speech therapy, OT, PT, and mental health services. Diana has also served as an adjunct professor at Northern Arizona University teaching classes in SLPA childhood communication disorders, screening, and treatment.

Sara Smith
MS CCC-SLP
Sara Smith, M.S., CCC-SLP, attended UNC Chapel Hill and the University of North Texas, where she received a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is a lead product manager with E-Therapy and has worked extensively with children and adults on the autism spectrum in schools, group homes, and private clinics. She has experience working as a speech pathologist and supervisor in a variety of settings including school districts, private practice, early childhood intervention, and telepractice. In addition, Sara is an independent app developer and has developed several speech therapy apps that are available on iTunes. She currently works with E-Therapy to develop new materials and help teletherapists provide effective sessions for their students.

Jayne Bannish
MSW LCSW
Jayne Bannish is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and she brings 25 years of diverse clinical expertise to the E-Therapy practice. She has served as a director, clinician, trainer, supervisor, and program manager within various state and local systems of behavioral healthcare (inpatient and outpatient), and she currently provides social work services to school-age students via telepractice as a contract therapist with E-Therapy. Jayne treats primarily adolescents, youth, and families. Although she also has experience with adults. She is skilled in working with issues related to trauma, relationships, career, school challenges/ adjustments, and self-esteem. Jayne created, updated, and taught the current Ethics training for the State of Maine social workers and it remains an ongoing interest of professional social workers. Jayne is equally skilled in helping individuals navigate often challenging systems of care.
