Dr. Ehab Daoud, MD, FACP, FCCP, is an associate professor of medicine at John Burns School of Medicine, the medical director of the Respiratory Care program at Kapiolani Community College, and the critical care department director at the University of Hawaii, Kuakini Medical Center.
His expertise centers on areas of critical care and mechanical ventilation. He has authored and published numerous peer-reviewed research journals and books. Dr. Daoud serves as the President of the Society of Mechanical Ventilation and the Editor in Chief of the Journal of Mechanical Ventilation, an online peer-reviewed journal dedicated to the research and global education on the science of mechanical ventilation.
