Melissa Gulizia, BS, RRT, is the Pulmonary Program Manager at Madonna Rehabilitation Hospitals. She has worked at Madonna as a Respiratory Therapist for 14 years in numerous roles across the post-acute continuum. In addition to holding leadership roles, she has provided direct patient care, interdisciplinary education, training, and consultations with other facilities and EMS Medical Transport. Melissa has a special interest in the safe transport of complex pulmonary patients and decreasing return to acute care in the post-acute care sector.
