Can I take my continuing education through Continued Psychology?

Yes. Continued is approved by the American Psychological Association (APA) to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. The North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners accepts courses offered by APA approved providers for psychologist license renewal.

• The North Dakota State Board of Psychologist Examiners allows for a maximum of 20 continuing education (CE) hours to be obtained through self-study online courses. On Continued this includes video, audio, and text courses.
• Licensees can obtain the remaining 20 CE hours online through live, interactive courses. Continued offers live courses that meet this requirement.
• Licensees are required to obtain a minimum of 3 CE hours in professional ethics, law, or jurisprudence. Continued offers courses that may meet this requirement.
• If a licensee is supervising psychology residents or registered applied behavioral analysts, they must obtain a minimum of 3 CE hours in the area of supervision. Continued offers courses that may meet this requirement.

CE Broker Reporting: 

• Proof of required CE must be electronically submitted directly to CE Broker. Continued will report course completions to CE Broker for approved courses. You may also self-report to CE Broker. The Continued provider number for CE Broker is 50-29950.
