Stephanie is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor that has used her clinical experience to better prepare employees working in the human services field to support the people they serve and have more effective working relationships. Stephanie’s clinical experience includes private practice, working with juvenile sex offenders, and supporting an ACT Team in Washington, DC. Stephanie transitioned into an administrative role, which led to facilitating employee orientation programs. While in this role, Stephanie discovered a passion for supporting the clinical and professional development of employees operating in a field that often begins as a trial by fire. Stephanie currently serves as a Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor in Buffalo, NY, where she continues to connect employees with the resources they need to be successful in their roles with clients and team members, as well as building mental health programming.
