Professionals licensed by the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists:
LPC and LMFT: 40 hours every 2 years. Licenses expire biennially in even-numbered years.
Professionals with credentials from the Mental Health and Addictions Counselor Board of Oregon:
CADC I, CADC II, CADC III: 40 hours every 2 years. Licenses expire biennially.
Can I take my continuing education through Continued Counseling?
Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists:Yes. For professionals licensed through the Oregon Board of Licensed Professional Counselors and Therapists, the board accepts courses by NBCC approved providers.
