Professionals licensed by the Nevada Board of Examiners for Marriage and Family Therapists and Clinical Professional Counselors:
MFT and CPC: 40 hours every 2 years. License expires on 1/1 even-numbered years.
Professionals licensed by the Nevada State Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug, and Gambling Counselors:
LADC, LCADC, CPGC, CADC, CADC-I, CPGC-I, CLADC-I: 40 hours every 2 years. 10 hours may be required every 6 months. License expires biennially.
Can I take my continuing education through Continued Counseling?
Licensed Professional Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists: Yes. Courses on Continued can be used to meet the continuing education requirements set by the State of Nevada Board of Examiners.
Addiction Counselors: Yes. The Nevada State Board of Examiners for Alcohol, Drug, and Gambling Counselors accepts courses by NAADAC approved providers. Continued is a NAADAC Approved Education Provider, #283836. Find courses approved by NAADAC.
